This photo was taken just above Brodhead Creek. The distinctive outline of the Delaware Water Gap is in the distance. Mt. Tammany is the ridge on the left (New Jersey), and Mt. Minsi is the ridge on the right (Pennsylvania). The Delaware River cuts through the gap between these mountains, and the Appalachian Trail crosses from NJ to PA along the Interstate 80 bridge.
